The Ice & Golf Center is now offering yoga classes! The schedule is designed for you to take up to two
classes a week. Anyone, any age, any fitness level can find that yoga helps with concentration,
relieving stress, and maintaining a positive outlook.

Instructor Sandy Weiss, has the ability to teach various styles of yoga. Students taking classes at the Ice & Golf Center can expect Hatha yoga - a slow paced stretching class, with simple breathing exercises and seated meditation. This is a good place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. Sandy attended Esther Vexler Yoga School and has her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification. 

 Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Prepaid Discount Card   $12.50
Drop-In Rate   $15.00

You may purchase a prepaid discount card with a minimum deposit of $50. With this card you will receive a $2.50 discount on all Yoga classes. Upon arrival for class go to the admission counter for sign in and payment. All classes will take place upstairs in our newly renovated fitness studio.
