Athletic Training Classes for Figure Skaters

*Students must be recommended by a coach.

For students enrolled in Learn To Skate, Rising Stars, Freestyle 1-6
Classes are designed to help with competition preperation, sportsmanship, stretching, nutrition, stroking, and ballet for skater's plyometrics.

Mar. 22 - May 10 (8 Weeks)


Thursday evenings from 5:15 PM - 6:35 PM

5:15-6:15 PM    On-Ice
6:20-6:35 PM    Off-Ice

Enrollment Fee: $260 for 8 weeks
